VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE, DAIRY-FREE Chocolate Superfood Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 34 pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 Tbs. flax seed
  • 1 oz. dark chocolate broken into pieces
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse repeatedly until you have a texture somewhat like thick paste.
  2. With your hands, form and roll mixture into balls approximately 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Refrigerate up to 1 week.
