I like to call these “red flags.” When I start to feel this way, I know that my mind and body are in overdrive and it’s time to make a shift.
- Physical signs: anxiety, weeping, muscles aches, lowered immunity, etc.
- Emotional signs: resentfulness, helplessness, irritability, feeling unappreciated, loneliness, etc.
