How to Stir Fry

how to stir fry, simple stir fry recipe, stir fry ingredients

Most important to have all ingredients prepped and ready to go.  The preparation will take the most time, but the actual cooking time is relatively quick.

It is important to use a high heat oil such as sunflower or avocado oil.  Don’t use olive oil as it will burn and become rancid.

You don’t need to use a wok but a pan with rounded sides would be best.
