Blackberry Spritzer
This is inspired by the refreshing drink from my favorite vacation spot in the Smoky Mountains, Blackberry Mountain. They are delicious and pack quite a punch, so moderation is key!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 oz. Stoli Raspberry Vodka or any other vodka option
- .5 oz agave
- .5 oz lemon juice
- 3–4 muddled blackberries
- Cava or Prosecco
- Rosemary sprig and blackberries for garnishing
Instructions
Muddle blackberries and shake all ingredients and strain into an ice-filled wine glass. Top with Prosecco or sparkling wine of your choice. Garnish with blackberries and a fresh rosemary sprig. Cheers!
