As mother’s we often find ourselves looking for ways on how to be more productive and create consistency. That is certainly not an easy task but with a few simple daily practices, you will be equipped to handle whatever curve balls the universe decides to send you. Creating a morning routine is the first step, but what does that look like?
I get it – sticking to a morning routine is anything but easy, but it doesn’t have to be complicated. During today’s episode I share 5 tips to help you stick to your morning meditation practice. With these five tips, you will see how it’s possible to make this a non-negotiable part of your day. After all, you are worth it, and you deserve it mama. If you didn’t get a chance to hear our conversation from Tuesday with sleep specialist Liz Harden, I highly recommend circling back to that to hear why it’s crucial to prioritize you – as the parent, to slow down at some point during the day!
You have now decided that creating a morning routine is important to you. Within this episode, you will learn the value of reconnecting with your motivation for meditating. Mindfulness of the body will help you be in the present moment without judgment.
“Set aside time on your calendar. The mornings are a perfect time to carve out those five minutes for yourself.”
What is the first thing you do when you wake up? Do you use the restroom, grab a glass of water or check your phone? Allow me to unpack this more. Tune in to hear more.

More on this in this month’s episodes, but in short; keen in on why meditation is important for you.
