There’s no better way to improve your mood and bring more of the good into your life than to focus on feelings of gratitude. In this short meditation, I invite you to take a few minutes out of your day to bring your attention to the joy and beauty around you. Enjoy this gratitude practice while lying down with your eyes closed or even as you’re sitting in traffic.
