Zoodles are not only healthy and delicious but simple to make! Follow this recipe to make the perfect zoodles.

Using a spiralizer, prepare your zoodles.
In a large sautè pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and heat until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add zoodles and cook until warm (about 1 minute). Off the heat add kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste. Enjoy these perfect zoodles!
