Our kids experience stress just as much as we do, and a lot of the time they are ill-equipped to handle it. Practicing mindfulness with our children can significantly reduce those high tensions and provide them with a tool on how to manage anxiety. That begs the question, what is mindfulness? Why is this important to incorporate throughout your day? How do you teach your children to do the same?

Today, you’ll learn a new technique that you can introduce to your little ones to help them manage any anxiety they may be feeling. This technique is called the Silent Sigh and helps us to release any excess emotion and reset our body and breath.
