This month we’re talking about morning meditation. Today’s mini episode is a resource to help you start the day. It’s a short, five-minute, good morning meditation that you can return to every morning as you start to build your own mindfulness and meditation practice.
Join me as I guide listeners to start the day with a mindset of confidence and clarity through breathwork and mantras. You’ll find an easy seat before tuning in your breath and repeating the mantras of welcoming a new day. Lastly, you’ll slowly and mindfully welcome a new day as you bring your attention to your surroundings.
