Welcome back to the Zen(ish) Mommy Podcast! During today’s mini conversation, we are exploring the relationship between mindfulness and productivity. How many times a day do you find yourself going through the motions? We are far more productive when our mind has the strength and ability to focus on the task at hand. Meditation and a mindfulness practice is simply a tool to help us bring the mind into laser focus.
When our lives start feeling out of hand it can be hard to recenter and rebalance. Our mind is a muscle and the more we can practice mindfulness the more productive we can become. Meditation of all sorts can be intimidating but this is a friendly reminder there truly is no right or wrong when it comes to being more mindful. If celebrities like Madonna and Lady Gaga are swearing by mindfulness meditation to help them be more productive in their day to day lives it must be worth a shot!
