Today at The Zen(ish) Mommy Podcast, I will be sharing another actionable tool you can add to your own stress-relieving toolbox. The tool is a breath technique called Brahmari Breathing, or Bee breath. It’s a humming technique you can use to down-regulate your nervous system. This is a great tool to teach your kids to help them create their own stress-relieving toolbox as well!
