In the first episode of Back-to-school mindfulness, we are talking about breathing, more specifically, the Seven to Eleven breath technique. In short, an easy to remember practice to down regulate, shift your nervous system, and stabilize your energy. During today’s mini episode, you’ll learn a tool that you can immediately implement to communicate to the body that it is safe and can release some of the stress it is holding.
How to do it: Inhale for a breath of seven, exhale for a count of 11.
