This is the time of year when our schedules tend to get out of whack, our to-do lists become never-ending, and difficult family dynamics tend to come out of the woodwork. Today we are talking about how to navigate the holidays stress free through mindfulness. Joining us today is author and psychotherapist, Shonda Moralis. She’s here to give us some mindfulness tips to help us get through the holidays.
