I will show you the natural rhythms of my day that triggers me to practice mindfulness and pay closer attention to my communication process. Next, I will share some tips on how to approach your work mindfully, from sitting at your computer, changing your environment during your lunch break, and creating moments to pause and breathe throughout the day. Tune in to hear some powerful tips you can implement today.
