This dairy-free and gluten-free chocolate pudding is delicious and absolutely guilt-free. I use the Endangered Species oat milk chocolate chips, they are perfect for this recipe. I love the Endangered Species chocolates because they are dairy-free, low in sugar (only 2g), and they donate 10% of their profits to help save endangered species across the globe. Why not enjoy some chocolate and help save wildlife at the same time?
For cocoa powder I use the Philosophie Cacao Powder. Now this stuff is a GAME CHANGER! This cacao powder is packed with magnesium and antioxidants with no added sugar. It is just pure, raw cacao powder with organically and naturally sourced ingredients that are packed with nutrients. Chocolate that’s healthy? Yes, please!
So start you week off with some chocolate! It makes a great weeknight dessert or maybe a little lunch treat in the kids lunchboxes. Top it off with some coconut whipped cream and extra chocolate chips!
